The original paper says:
After six hours, eggs laid in the two cell types were collected and weighed. This study was repeated across 3 colonies; in total, 152 eggs were measured. Eggs laid in queen cells were 13.26% heavier.
In summary, our data demonstrate a maternal effect on honeybee queen size and physiology, which is caused by queens laying larger eggs in queen cells than in worker cells.
