This is the "EPA Section 3 Dance", nowhere near as fun as the Electric
Slide, where first one gets approval for one's new label from the EPA, and
then each state must also approve.
Even if all that was changed was the name of the product, the song remains
the same (see  Jones, Page, Plant, et al - 1976 "The Song Remains The
Same").
Some states are quicker than others to react to a new Section 3
registration.
The EPA approved the Section 3 in June  of this year, so the states listed
above are VERY MUCH "on the ball".

But the issue is entirely academic, as Mann Lake has it backordered, and
here it is the middle of August already, so one would be wise to pick other
miticides.

HopGuard got such bad reviews initially, I've never tried it.  I've been a
formic/oxalic fan for a while.
