They will move it up, depending on where in the hive it is. In the top deep...not so much. But, if you reverse the boxes, thus locating the honey on the bottom, they will move it up. And, if you scratch the cappings first, they'll move it up right off. Bees don't like their honey to be on the bottom board by the bottom entrance
