Here is my post-fumigillin Nosema strategy: 
 
  - Iotron irradiation of deadouts, - Acetic acid fumigation of deadouts and supers,- Thymolated feed, - Comb cycling.
There are a couple of studies out there using thymolated feed and nosema.  Here is one:
