What is it with this propolis tincture that people fall for it?
No government-regulated agency has accepted propolis tincture as a method of prevention or treatment of any condition, but there are many consumers who swear by the supplement. <https://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-propolis-tincture.htm>
It’s like the Manuka honey - its antibacterial claims, like any natural honey, are for *topical* applications. Human digestive system, especially stomach, does a very good job of breaking things down. Why not just stick to alcohol in its various forms and call it what it is?
