New work from Reed Johnson, of OSU on why beekeepers and almond growers may
need to have a talk.

"Combined Toxicity of Insecticides and Fungicides Applied to California
Almond Orchards to Honey Bee Larvae and Adults"
Insects 2019, 10(1), 20;
https://doi.org/10.3390/insects10010020

Long story short, there seem to be synergies in toxicity when chemicals are
mixed and applied together.
The detailed description of the specifics of the statistical analysis
employed enhances the credibility of the findings. It is good to see the
extra effort being made to do this.
