It boggles the mind that a region as big as EU can have treatments approved that are not automatically available in the US. My cousin in Poland has just asked me about our use of Oxybee and VarroMed in the States in the spring and I’m like, what?! I understand there are concerns, but we already have processes in place in recognizing medical & research diplomas between US and EU. Wouldn’t it have been better to extend those to certain categories of animal treatments? Is FDA really expecting to find something that EU’s certification & registration process has missed?!
