"My carbide blade on my bench saw make a smooth cut, Just
have to go slow."
There are a couple of choices to safely and cleanly cut plastic on a table saw. One choice is to use a carbide blade with a negative 5 degree hook angle. That is also a very good choice for ripping wood boards when you want a glueable edge without having to use a jointer. The other is simply run a normal high hook angle carbide blade backwards on the spindle.
