Dear Dr. Nassaney -
  I have used "Bottle Makers and Their Marks" as well as "The Bertrand
Bottles."  "Bottle Makers" would have been more helpful if our assemblage
had a greater number of complete or nearly complete makers marks to analyze.
"Bertrand Bottles" is helpful on a more general level for understanding
different neck types, lip finishes, etc.
