Descriptions for honey are quite strictly controlled within the UK (EU), so wildflower should technically not include a significant amount of honeydew or even honey from agricultural crops.

We find that the most important thing for our customers is that the honey should be local, so as all our bees are within the district of Stratford-on-Avon we use that description.  Obviously, it is also a good selling point for the tourist market.
