Dennis, the original question was: "provide for a standard agreement with a
property owner for placing an apiary on the property."

I assumed that this referred to a beekeeper looking for an apiary location,
rather than a paid pollination contract. Although in past years I have
placed bees in almonds on a handshake, with today's high rental rates and
cutthroat competition, I generally now provide a simple contract to be
signed (and have one broker who provides a very lengthy contract).
