Have a friend who has a bee yard on the causeway across Mobile Bay in Alabama.  He has had difficulty in getting queens to take in a few of his mating nucs he has in the yard.  I am wondering if a high population of dragon flies would bee detrimental to his efforts towards having successful mating nucs in the area.  All comments would bee appreciated.  He says there are also a number of mocking birds in the area.
