I am trying to find some sources of information on the use and more importantly the transportation of 48 hour cells.
I am not finding much..
Some chatter about them being used in NZ for transport over ruff roads as they are more robust then ripe cells, 2 articles by Larry Connor that don't go in to great detail (he has put them in his carry on bag!), some references to queen improvement programs in OH and PA using them, and some forum posts suggesting that Joe Latshaw and John Kefuss have had luck shipping them with out attendants
I have a few I placed in mating nucs emerging about now, the finished cells looked good, have to see what the the queens end up like
Anything you could point me to would be appreciated
