John, or anyone, could you please tell us whether OA vapor exiting from a
vaporizer held in the open air, rises or sinks? And has anyone observed
the air temperature at which exiting OA vapor is at the same density as the
air?
OA vapors rise, Many different styles but they all rise, even in the summer.
Use the gas expansion as the propellant for the vapors into the hive,( extra air is not needed) and a loose cluster does the rest of the work fairly quickly. The key is not to tight of cluster and if need be crack the lid to get upward flow.
