Agreed! Hence the large study performed in Europe
This discussion seems pretty silly. Take a look at the species Homo
sapiens, and look at how different breeding populations have adapted to
different climates, elevations, solar irradiation, local pathogens, and
diets (lactose or gluten tolerance). I see no reason to think that honey
bees don't do the same.
