Janet,  If you get a Honda gasoline trash pump and use clean ethanol-free
gas it will start on the first pull....  Use it with a hose reel and a 3/4
garden hose and a gas nozzle.  Plumb the pump output with a return to your
tote and you will have enough pressure to mix dry sugar in cold water and
fill a feeder in seconds.
