Subject: Artifact ID Help

We are hoping someone might recognized the artifact in the attached photo.

It is galvanized sheet metal that is ~12" with a 6" raised center. There is

is only one purposeful hole on the flat rim and none on the domed center,

that we can tell. We thought poultry feeder or something similar, but

aren't coming up with any definitive identification. It was found in Logan

County, Arkansas. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
