Should be regulated everywhere.
Been part of that discussion here in Canada also amongst the bretheren.
Have had many good discussions with my customers who are impressed with the
stainless equipment, cleanliness etc.
Then I point out the local guy not far from me who does his extraction in
the garage without any water source to clean up and greasy work bench etc.
and no concrete floor.
Or the small guy like me    BUT    who cranks his extractor while watching
tv and the pets - dog/cat nearby with all the hair on the surroundings.

Nothing ventured nothing gained without Risk Assessments. And those surely
must have been part of the entire venture by Purina.
