Cataract surgery restored my ability to see eggs and larvae.  Fixed my life-long near-sightedness, improved clarity, color, and contrast, and removed the fog and blur of the cataracts.  A win all around.  Didn't know it what fix my astigmatism and asymmetric near-sightedness with little or no discomfort and very quick recovery.  My only regret, not doing this 5-10 years ago.  Jerry
