It's 360 ppm sodium hypochlorite in the syrup, but that doesn't tell you
much.
That is a high amount of hypochlorite, but what is important is the amount
of free chlorine.
When you mix bleach with sugar syrup, most of the chlorine binds to the
sugar, leaving little free chlorine.
