Sorry, should have stated yesterday temperature is 320F, new wood 1.5 minute initial dip and then a quick second dip to give the wood a heavier second coat. Old boxes are dipped same temp but for 2.5 minutes initial with same rapid second dip ,which also removes all beeswax and propolis so no scrapping needed. Yes, 35% micro c wax and 65% 165F paraffin.
