Was offered access to a 20 acre +/- field of buckwheat this summer so was checking up on buckwheat honey sales on Amazon. I spied what I thought of as an anomaly and am asking what the considered opinion of this discussion list might bee.
Most sources on Amazon had what I considered appropriate prices but I came across this one source which seemed, to me, to bee wildly out of line. This is what was advertised: ******* Certified Organic Raw & Unfiltered honey U.S. Grade A - Non GMO — 32 oz (2lbs) 907 g Price: $10.97
To me, that price seemed grossly underpriced and I'm wondering how it could bee produced and sold at so low a price, especially on Amazon.
What are your thoughts?Mike in LA
