Another thing to consider is spare tires and emergency break down
planning.  If you have a rental trailer and they promise spare tire
delivery within so many hours, that is the time that the heat will kill
bees.  A two hour stop waiting for AAA and the time to replace tires is too
long.

Having had a trailer on the way here blow two tires at the same time on a
bridge in bad traffic in North Carolina in the afternoon, I would not make
the trip without a couple of spare tires, a breaker bar and maybe even a
portable powered impact wrench.  I would probably do a dry run of removing
all tires in the parking lot before loading up to make sure every lug nut
will come off and that the jack works to lift the trailer enough, that I
know how to use the jack, and that it will lift the loaded weight.

We considered carrying a generator and a big fan to try to keep bees cool
in case there was a breakdown.  The more you prepare for the problems, the
less likely they are to occur, but if they do occur, you'll be glad you did
prepare.
