No, never.  
Not even once.
I do not tell them "what to do".

I expect you are exaggerating a bit. For example, I delivered 40 packages to our club. I told them the procedure on installing because I don't want them to "learn it themselves" the hard way. Also installed about a dozen myself. For the next week, people were calling me because the queen had died, or was lost, or whatnot. The dozen I installed were all successful. So one supposes that they didn't exactly follow the directions.
