Not at all. The solution is to recognize these people exist and take steps to negate the damage they do to responsible bee keepers while at the same time viewing them as viable customers as they always want to buy local over wintered bees that survived. You just can not beat locally adapted bees. Just ask them. The only real problem I see is I wonder if it is ethical to sell living things to people who you know are going to kill them.
