I have no idea as to why you might feel that I and others are not equally
cautious. I've read the anti-GMO books and movies, and they scared the
hell out of me, until I actually started looking at the facts, and then
started meeting breeders who have actually developed new cultivars via GE.
I remain cautious about genetic engineering, pesticides, artificial
intelligence, automobiles, and our political leaders. But that doesn't
mean that I am kneejerk against those things.
