I'm looking into purchasing a honey refractometer. There seems to bee two varieties, the ones priced under $100 and the ones priced over $300. Suggestions? What is the advantage of the high priced refractometers over the low priced ones?
Why do I want one? Had a honey entry rejected for too much moisture. I'm sure it would have won a prize if it hadn't been for the moisture problem.
