Thanks for the contribution. I started looking up info about thyme but realized right away that the data from Greece where thyme is a major honey plant may not be relevant to the performance of thyme elsewhere. Probably a lot depends on which mint, for example sage: Sage is a major honey plant in California, whereas bees rarely visit it here in NY. Of course, pollen plants are not the same as nectar plants and the occurrence of pollen in honey is not necessarily reflective of the quantity of pollen actually gathered from a given source.
