Thanks for the explanation,  I was reading it when you posted.  I am having trouble with 1.34 NG to PPB?   (posted here because I suspect I am not the only one)     
I was reading that as the same as PPB  that’s not correct??  And how did that relate to the 30 ppb for cronic???
