Hi,
  I'm in the process of writing up a survey of a state park here in
Illinois.  One of the sites was a CCC camp and I was wondering if anyone
on the list knows of references to archaeological investigations at other
CCC camps.  The Midwest is preferred, but all other regions are also of
interest.
 
This study was just a survey, and the site has only been identified by
walkover and shovel-testing, with very minimal historical research.  More
work has been done on the above-ground structures (lodges, cabins,
pavillions, and so forth) from an architectural, but now I'm interested in
archaeological studies.
