Because there is no precautionary statement on the label to avoid spraying
on beehives.  If such spraying indeed causes serious colony mortality, then
any beekeeper (other than you) going to almonds (where glyphosate is
commonly sprayed next to hives) would like to have such a restriction on
the label.
