Speaking of ABJ, I had an article in there last year that described all the various ways that people try to ID bees. Bottom line, the various tests don't really work on hybrids. Most experts agree that the only thing that matters is the behavior, regardless of what the tests say. Like dogs, which are generally safe to have around, but there are vicious ones; it's illegal to have these, at least in my county.
