Hello Autumn,
Check with the Musee de fort Saint-Jean. The museum curator, Eric Ruel, has
run on archaeology themed dinner, in association with the Laval University
excavation of the site. The museum works with the base kitchen to provide
food and drink based on historic recipes. It been a very interesting way to
connect the public with the archaeological excavations happening at the
site.
