The other week I did a quick search of our Parks Canada publications
looking for references on privies for a request fielded on HISTARCH.
Although our stuff is available at any number of North American
Institutions I figure it can't hurt to send out the mailing address for
the catalogues. There are four different catalogues:
Research Bulletins - These started out as internal interm reports on
projects. They are now a convenient method of publishing short site
reports (under 24 pages). FREE!
 
Michrofiche/Manuscript Reports - Each is a series of larger publications
concerning site excavations, material culture reports and even artifact
conservation reports. I am unsure of their current status as to cost etc.
 
Research Publications: THese are the glossy books that cost money (no more
then $50.00 Canadian beaver bucks). Allot of them could be classed as
material culture reports but there is a little of everything.
