I like the academic discussion on this list. I'd like to see more research on the resulting bee bread analysis.
Does the fermentation change when the protein drops?
Do different organisms become dominant?
How does that affect the resulting bread, royal jelly composition?
Bees are zymurgists and I'm wondering if their recipe changes to adapt.
