Actually, it was exactly what he asked for, the primer set and the resulting PCR product. If one doesn't understand PCR, then a long explanation would be needed. If one does, it wouldn't. I was trying to spare everyone, but since I do PCR on a daily basis, I would be happy to give a brief explanation of what it is and how it works to identify genetic markers.
