 As the Chairman of the Bath Zoning Board of Appeals, I can see the easy
answer to this issue and it is "Grandfathered". The stuff that is still out
there still carries the label and therefore is grandfathered. The label
stands.

Everything else mentioned is trying to fit an unregistered pesticide and
the law concerning it to a once approved pesticide. It does not wash. They
are different animals.
