HFCS produces HMF's when heated from my research, but will sucrose do the
same?
I have 2 barrels that was liquid this past fall, but are now crystallized
from the cold weather.
If heated, will this produce HMF which is deadly to my bees. If I can heat
it, maybe using a barrel heater, what would be the max temp to stay under?
