Whether honeybees actually pollinate blueberries or not may be in question. But from what my grower in SC, who grows high bush blueberries, he has seen what happens when he relies on bumble bees alone. And doing so does not produce the crop he wants. He encourages the North Carolina Blueberry Bee and doesn't spray when they are above ground. My grower has ordered more hive of honeybees for the same number of acres the last couple of years.
