I am reminded of wetlands, when a farmer digs a pond and is subject to new
restrictions on the use of his land from something he created.
Same here. Create pollinator habitat and suddenly you cannot ever spray
because pollinators are always present thanks to the farmer. Organic
zealots would love that reg.
