"...hello? Is this thing on?"

YEAH, WE HEAR YOU LOUD & CLEAR OUT HERE IN IDAHO!!

Here's the conundrum. We need some gallant soul, with a warehouse of
sulfoxaflor and willing to pit the Court's opinion:
"The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, known as FIFRA,
prohibits the use or sale of pesticides that lack approval and registration
by the Environmental Protection Agency ('EPA'). 7 U.S.C. ยง 136a(a)."
up against Jame's declaration:
"Show me where in FIFRA, "use" is mentioned, and how a pesticide with a
revoked registration is still subject to control over how existing stocks
of the pesticide is used."

WHO OF YOU PRODUCERS OUT THERE ARE WILLING TO BELLY UP AND TAKE ON THIS
NOBLE CAUSE?

...hello? Is this thing on?
