"Don't
use "begs the question" to mean "raises the question."

To beg a question does not mean to "raise the question," rather it is a
fallacy of logic meaning "to assume the conclusion of an argument—a type of
circular reasoning."

For example, "Agriculture destroys native vegetation and is thus harmful to
honey bees."
