All this talk about the longevity effects of bee pollen must not be the
full story because, as a bee inspector, in the 70's, I met a rural
Pennsylvania (up the dirt road, abandoned equipment-lined lane to an old
homestead ) shirtless bachelor beekeeper ( his bees "knew" him, no need for
protection) in his 80's who said his girlfriend was "35". He said, "You
know how I "keep up" with her? A teaspoon of royal jelly every day!"
