Yes, not so much a bee kill but a case of misuse causing considerable disruption. Years ago, I was monitoring over 40 colonies of bees around a pollution source. The commercial beekeeper found that he could buy the product directly from a chem supply house at considerable savings. He over-dosed 3500 colonies. Bees flushed right out onto ground, emptied boxes. Most went back in, so he thought - all's well that ends well. And this really worked well. Except he lost
about 28% of the queens!
