First, what value, other than to show that you have done quite a bit of
reading and studying,

is the master certificate? Does this make you a better beekeeper?? 

We discussed this a bit last month,  You may want to go back on the website
and review that thread.


TO me,  a Master beekeeper certification,  of any level shows a deep
interest in the topic,  presumably a lot more knowledge than the average
beekeeper, and a desire to learn and grow.   We know there are a lot of
beekeepers of great beekeepers who have no idea what a corbicula is,(as
applied to bees)  and lots of researchers who can identify every part of a
bee,  but have no idea how honey is processed.

Someone who has is a master beekeeper is  in my mind a blend,  able to move
back and forth and around the hive or research paper with equal ease,  and
striving for better.
