I generally teach with the old books and use the revised ones in the field,
but I've gotta say the new Munsell Capsure looks pretty cool.  A bit too
expensive (Amazon $750), but it makes it fast, easy, and more consistent
(less subjective).  Though, from what I can tell, moisture content impacts
results.
