Subject: Archaeology of the CCC and CCC-ID

Hello HISTARCH,

I am working with a graduate student on the archaeology of the CCC-Indian Division in Oregon. We want to be a thorough as we can in our literature review of the archaeology of the CCC and the CCC-ID and so I am hoping that HISTARCH can help us fill in any gaps. I have checked the HISTARCH Archives and just want to be sure that we are not missing any recent publications. We are trying to restrict our search to published materials as we are aware that there is a pretty vast "gray literature" out there. We are aware of Monica L. Smith's 2001 article in Historical Archaeology, Smoke Pfeiffer's work on the CCC in Arkansas as shown on his Academia.edu page, Jonathan R. Libbon's 2011 M.A. thesis on a CCC camp in the Allegheny National Forest, William B. Butler's 2006 The Archaeology of the Civilian Conservation Corps in Rocky Mountain National Park. National Park Service, Washington D.C., and Bruhy et al.'s 2014 MINNESOTA'S CIVILIAN CONSERVATION CORPS CAMPS AND CIVILIAN
CONSER ATION CORPS-INDIAN DIVISION CAMPS AS ARCHAEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES. Are we missing anything in state/regional journals or newsletters?

Best,
Rob
