Hello Laurie,
I just completed your survey. I'm not sure you structured your survey well to allow you to understand what percentage of archaeology projects have conservators involved. I'm not convinced the percentage is very high. I think most archaeology groups and CRM firms do their own work in house, where archaeologists and lab managers do the conservation. 

I hope you post your findings to HISTARCH when you are done!
