Hi E.t. and all
We live in a deep river valley cut through limestone cliffs. Our
water has, therefore, high calcium content and high ph. I use RO
water when mixing syrup/fondant to lower the ph. What could be added
to lower the ph further, and how acidic should it be?
This thread has brought up several interesting points about nectar/
honey ph. Would there be a direct correlation between soil ph and
nectar ph for a specific plant(goldenrod for example)?
