Admittedly, I don't know much about this sort of stuff. What I do know is
that I won't be able to keep out a bear that is food conditioned. Not a
chance. So my plan was to bait the line with some bacon and hope for the
best.

That being said, I was hoping for something that is a little easier to set
up. Not that driving 8 T-posts isn't easy to set up, but I don't want to
give the impression to the landowner that this is anything other than
temporary. Keeping that in mind, is T-posts with poly wire still the way to
go?

If so, would something like this work (
http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/zareba-54-in-steel-rebar-post)?
Should I be looking at poly rope (
http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/zareba-poly-tape-2-in) or wire (
http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/bekaert-14-gauge-galvanized-electric-fence-wire-1-4-mile-spool?cm_vc=IOPDP1
)?
Considering that I'm only charging probably 80' (max) of line, what size
charger do I need? Most of the "2 mile" chargers I've seen state it's good
for "small animals," but while the "100 mile" chargers appear to be good
for larger animals (and predators), do I need that much power? Will a "100
mile" charger set up on 350' of line cause a smaller animal to explode on
contact?

Did I mention I don't know much about this sort of stuff?
